St Kilda Sunday

While J was overseas last time his brother W and his partner P came to visit me in Melbourne. They did have other social engagements to attend, but they were all mine on Sunday, so I took them down to St Kilda for the genuine 'experience'. We started with a walk along the Esplanade markets and then (parched) headed to the Espy for a (few) shandy's (literally for me... I love a shandy). And then on to Greasy Joe's for burgers - I honestly believe that their Manhattan Burger (which I had) - double beef, double cheese, pickles, mustard, onion and GJ's mayo for $17.50 was the best burger I have had for a long, long time - if ever, the taste sensation of the combinations give you one of those "oh yes!" moments. Oh, my guests likes their burgers too... I think...
