My Lunch 3

This week I am being 100% healthy for my lunches, in fact I am trying my best to start a health-kick leading up to Christmas (last night's dinner at Stactites not-withstanding...). So, this week I have brought in my supplies to make the below (very unassuming-looking but HEAVENLY tasting) wraps.

Sowithout further ado .... here's what is inside them:
- Homemade Tabouleh (Parsley, Spring Onion, Onion, Cracked Wheat)
- The AMAZING Caulifower & Tahini Dip I read about at The Food Nazi
- Grated Carrot, Capsicum, Cucumber, and Beetroot
- A little Avocado
- Salt & Pepper

The BEST lunch so far!

I'm glad you liked the dip! I've now put in a drop down box for the recipes of detox food (the healthy stuff). I recommend the parsley pesto, as a dip with crudites.
